The ninth generation Cadillac Eldorado appeared in 1986 with its downsize. It lost about 16″ in length and 350 pounds in weight but remained a rebadged variant of the Oldsmobile Toronado, Buick Riviera, as well as Eldorado’s four-door companion, the Cadillac Seville.
